Aaron is a globally recognized Brand Strategist + Creative Director with nearly two decades of experience. His work with brands such as Nike, Cadillac, and NBC has been honored at the highest level, including: five different Cannes Lion Awards from the International Festival of Creativity in Cannes, France, the Fast Company Innovation Awards, and Google’s Creative Canvas Awards. His commercial work has also been showcased in The NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Hypebeast, Forbes, USA Today, and many other national media outlets.
Currently, Aaron is Head of Brand, Creative + Experience at Red Wing Shoe Co. where he leads brand strategy, creative, and innovation efforts across the portfolio of Red Wing brands globally. He works to balance the art and science of business through his professional mission: provide value for his brands’ audiences, put beautiful and innovative work into the world, and lead teams to ensure organizations achieve their goals.
Aaron developed his work as a creative leader through a past life as a graffiti artist. Putting work into the world—in a place almost no one wanted to see it—taught him many things but, above all, to respect his audience and hold his work to a very high standard.
