Graphic Design Lab creates unique and vibrant designs for a variety of digital, print, and screen print applications. Whether you need a new or redesigned logo, custom swag, or promotional materials, JXTA youth apprentices offer creative solutions for any design project.

REIMAGINING HOW COMMUNITY COEXISTS IN BUILT SPACES.
Environmental Design Lab engages in architectural theory and practice, and leads community engagement for a wide array of clients. Projects have activated street corners, turned bike racks into unique works of public art, and re-imagined a number of public space projects with input from community members.

LARGE-SCALE PUBLIC MURALS FOR COMMUNITIES IN MOTION.
JXTA murals embody the movement, color, and energy of an urban environment. From building walls honoring the legacy of Black Liberation to decorative bursts of color across expansive open spaces, JXTA murals bring light and life into any public space.
contemporary art
MIXED MEDIA ARTWORK.
From acrylic paint to block prints and ceramics, Contemporary Art Lab apprentices employ a wide range of mediums and styles to create both large and small-scale original works of art. Works are commissioned for specific projects, exhibited in museums and galleries, or purchased by small businesses and individual collectors.
Tactical
JXTA’s Tactical Lab uses design-based methods and tools to amplify neighborhood voice, build community knowledge, and interrupt patterns of disinvestment within our city.
