Celebrating 100 Years of Art & Culture
The Harlem Renaissance
This extravagant fundraiser on Saturday, July 27 celebrated JXTA’s direct connection to the Harlem Renaissance – a movement birthed from hatred, injustice, and cruelty; an era that re-defined freedom and excellence through an explosion of genius and creativity; a legacy that continues to empower Black, Brown, and Youth Artists of Color today. We celebrated the past, present, and future of Black expression and power through art, music, and dancing – all to fund the future of Youth Artists in our community, in JXTA’s 29th Year. Get ready for a bigger bash in 2025 for JXTA’s 30th Anniversary!
