2020 marks JXTA’s 25th anniversary. To celebrate, the graphics lab designed a custom logo to represent all the pieces of JXTA coming together to build a whole: BUILD JXTA. As a special project in the ceramics lab, apprentices took the elements of the logo design, pulled them apart, and put them back together to create a stunning collage pattern design. They then transposed the pattern design in various iterations to create truly one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces.
