This set was a collaborative effort across the Ceramics Lab at Juxtaposition Arts. The Ceramics Lab is JXTA’s newest lab, with our apprentices ranging in experience from a few months to 3 years. The overall project was led by the Ceramics Assistant Lab Lead and former apprentice, Laurel, who designed and assembled the set using the Kennedy School exterior as inspiration. The graphic elements were designed and created by Cecilia, one of our advanced apprentices. Our newer apprentices, Naimah and Ja’Siya assisted in researching the school and sketching ideas for the designs.
